Description

Not every room needs a statement floor. Sometimes what a space needs is a carpet that looks good from day one, handles whatever daily life throws at it, and keeps looking good for years. That's exactly what the Bramham Loop delivers.

Made from 100% British wool pile, the Bramham Loop is a classic loop pile construction — dense, resilient and naturally hardwearing. The loop structure gives it a subtle texture underfoot and a clean, unfussy appearance that works equally well in contemporary and traditional interiors. It's the kind of carpet that disappears into a room in the best possible way, providing warmth and comfort without competing with the rest of the décor.

The colour palette spans six carefully considered natural tones — from the cool grey tones of Grey Willow and Silver Larch to the warmer naturals of Tawny Beech and Limed Oak — giving enough range to suit most interior schemes without overwhelming the choice. The same six colourways are available across both the Bramham Loop and Bramham Rib, making it straightforward to use both products cohesively across different rooms of the same home.

The pile is plastic free. The carpet uses a lightweight Envirobac backing that uses significantly less material than a standard carpet backing while maintaining full performance.

The Bramham Loop is manufactured in the UK from wool sourced exclusively from the British Isles — keeping manufacturing miles low and supporting the British wool industry.

Wool's natural fibre resilience means the Bramham Loop is suitable for all areas of the home including hallways, living rooms, bedrooms and stairs. The loop construction has a tighter, smaller loop than some alternatives, which gives it good resistance to everyday wear and makes it a practical choice for higher-traffic areas. It carries a heavy domestic and heavy contract usage rating — one of the more robust ratings available at this price point.

A few things worth knowing before you order. The Bramham Loop pile is treated with a moth resistance agent during manufacture. Loop pile constructions can be vulnerable to pets with a habit of catching their claws in the loops — if this is a concern, speak to our team before ordering. As always, we strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing — the colourways can look quite different under different lighting conditions and are best assessed in person in your own space.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders to most mainland UK addresses will be free of charge for orders over £150. Surcharges may apply to Highlands & Islands addresses please contact us and we would be happy to provide confirmation.

To continue to reduce our environmental impact many of the products we sell are manufactured in small batches and shipped direct from the manufacturer, therefore delivery timescales may vary but generally cork flooring orders will be delivered within 2-3 days while carpets are usually delivered in approximately 2 weeks.

We use specialist flooring couriers that pool deliveries by geographical areas to ensure the most efficient delivery run. If you need your flooring in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Standard delivery is offered Monday – Friday and will be to the kerbside only. Drivers may need assistance to offload larger items such as carpet rolls. If this is not suitable we can arrange enhanced delivery options but these will usually incur extra costs and may delay your delivery. Please contact us if you need a custom delivery estimate.

If you would like to check the stock and timescales of a specific product, please use the contact us form. We recommend you wait until we have confirmed your flooring is on its way to you prior to booking floorlayers. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred resulting from delayed deliveries.

Deliveries are limited to mainland UK only. For outside mainland UK, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
