A firm sponge rubber underlay, the Olympic Sisal Underlay is perfect for use with natural fibre carpets such as sisal, seagrass and jute.

Due to it’s low tog rating we also recommend it for use with standard Wool carpets when installed over underfloor heating.

The Olympic Sisal Underlay is a firm, heavyweight, flat sponge rubber underlay that offers a high level of performance in heavy traffic areas. It can be used with the double stick installation method which makes it perfect for use under natural fibre carpets such as Sisal, Seagrass and Jute.

Due to the relatively low tog rating, this underlay is also suited for use with standard wool carpets in installations over underfloor heating as it won't trap heat under the floorcovering.

Environmental Considerations

Olympic underlay is manufactured in the UK and conforms with stringent indoor air quality tests, with a A+ rating on the French VOC test and is a Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort GOLD certified product

Good to Know

Olympic is a high quality underlay and will perform very well over time. It is firm underfoot, contact us to request a sample. Please note, this underlay is sold in 10m2 rolls and are very heavy (37kg), please bear this in mind when arranging delivery.
