The Woodland Oak Herringbone delivers one of the most enduringly popular flooring patterns in a format built on genuine sustainability credentials.

The top layer is real FSC and PEFC certified European oak from sustainably managed forests in Slovakia — the same responsibly sourced timber as our plank range, shaped into the classic herringbone parquet format.

Three colour options give the range real versatility. Barley Oak is the warmest of the three — a golden, honeyed tone that sits naturally in both traditional and relaxed contemporary settings. Silverleaf Oak is cooler and more restrained, with a lighter, more Scandinavian character that suits modern interiors and open-plan spaces particularly well. Thicket Oak is the richest option — a deeper, more characterful finish with pronounced grain that makes it a natural choice for statement rooms, hallways and period properties.

The herringbone pattern works particularly well in hallways, living rooms and open-plan spaces — the directional geometry of the V-pattern draws the eye and adds architectural interest in a way that straight plank floors simply can't. Full glue down installation is recommended for herringbone to achieve the tightest, most precise finish and keep the pattern true across the full floor area.

At 15mm thick with a real oak wear layer, the Woodland Oak Herringbone is compatible with underfloor heating and built to last. The real oak surface can be lightly sanded and refinished over time — extending the life of the floor well beyond standard engineered options.
